Tropics North Studios will ship your products as quickly as possible after the order is processed. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancell your order. If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for returning the product to us following our standard return procedures. Special orders, built-to-order, or personalized waterfalls may not be cancelled once your order has been processed.
